DAY 1  -  SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon we will explore Santiago de Chile and their highlights. Santiago
is a surprising city due to its contrasts. Surrounded by the majestic quality of the Andes Mountains, it is possible to admire the Presidential
Palace of La Moneda, The Metropolitan Cathedral and the noted Club Hípico. Walking along its main avenue, Alameda Bernardo O’Higgins,
with its pedestrian promenades which lead to Plaza de Armas filled with historical buildings, Santa Lucia Hill, and the Parque Forestal with the
Mapocho river to its side is a true adventure. Later on, it will be possible to discover the different districts of the city: TheBellavista
neighborhood, with its bohemian nightlife, the modern commercial district of Providencia and the residential neighborhoods of Las Condes and
Vitacura. Overnight in Santiago de Chile.


DAY 2: SANTIAGO DE CHILE - CALAMA - SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA
Transfer to the airport in order to take your flight to Calama. Arrival at the airport of Calama and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama. San Pedro
de Atacama is a village located 2.440 m/8.000 ft in the middle of a oasis. Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama. (breakfast)


DAY 3: ALTIPLANIC LAGOONS - ATACAMA SALT LAKE
After breakfast we will departure to the Miñique and Miscanti, Altiplanic lagoons, located at 138 km from San Pedro de Atacama and at 4.300
m/14.108 ft. On the route we will see the impressive Licancabur volcano and some native trees such as the tamarugo and the chañar. At 38 km
we arrive at the interesting little Toconao village, well known for its construction in Liparita, a volcanic stone quarried nearby. Close to the
quarry is the Jerez valley, a stunning, green contrast to the surrounding desert landscape. Arrive at the lagoons stop, time for walk around the
lagoons, after visiting we take the same road back until Socaire. Then we return to San Pedro to visit on our way the Atacama Salt Lake, where
we can appreciate the three kinds of flamingos and other birds. We will see the sunset there and then we will return to San Pedro de Atacama
to finally arrive around 18:00 hs. Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama. (breakfast, lunch)


DAY 4: EL TATIO GEYSERS & MACHUCA - MOON VALLEY
In the morning you will depart very early (4:00 hs) to reach the El Tatio geysers at an altitude of 4.300 m/14.108 ft. It is the highest geothermal
field in the world and offers spectacular scenery. At dawn, powerful spurts of steam shoot up from various blowholes. The steaming ponds are
encrusted with brilliant salt crystals reflecting the metal-blue sky at dawn. You will have enough time to enjoy this beautiful natural wonder
before we return and drive to the village Machuca where the ancient llama caravans used to rest from their travels on the "Inca Highway". In the
afternoon you will be taken into the Moon Valley. We will climb a sand dune to watch the sunset. You will be able to see how the light intensifies
the impression of a moonscape. Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama. (breakfast)


DAY 5: TULOR & QUITOR - CALAMA - SANTIAGO DE CHILE
In the morning we will drive 4 km / 2.5 mi to reach the village of Tulor with an approx. age of 3000 years. The archaeological remains are the
oldest evidence of human settlement in the valley. We will then continue our tour to Pukara de Quitor; a fortress conquered in 1540 by the
Spanish conquistadores. In the afternoon transfer to the airport in order to board you flight to Santiago de Chile. Upon arrival you will be
transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Santiago de Chile. (breakfast)


DAY 5: SANTIAGO DE CHILE - EASTER ISLAND
Transfer to the airport in order to take your flight to Easter Island. After your arrival at the Mataveri airport a short transfer will take you to your
hotel. The rest of day is at leisure; we recommend visiting the church of the village. On Sunday morning you are welcome to attend mass. The
artisan market and the local museum are located next to the church. The museum holds a collection of Rapa Nui artefact reproductions (closed
on Mondays). Overnight in Hanga Roa. (breakfast)


DAY 6: RANU RARAKU - AHU TONGARIKI - ANAKENA BEACH
After leaving Hanga Roa, we will drive to the south along the coastal road. Our first stop will be in Vaihu to visit archaeological sites, passing
several moais lying along the street indicating the “Camino de los Moais” (the trail of the Moais) on which they were manoeuvred to their
destinations. At Ranu Raraku we will have a picnic lunch, and afterwards we will start walking up the Ranu Raraku volcano. The next highlight
is one of the most impressive sites on the island: the restored giant Ahu Tongariki and its 15 moais, which are the largest worship site on the
island. Continuing on our excursion, we will reach Anakena with its white sandy beach and coconut palm trees, inviting you to rest in the sand
and swim in the warm Pacific water. Drive back to Hanga Roa. Overnight in Hanga Roa. (breakfast, box lunch)


DAY 7: ORONGO - AHU AKIVI
Orongo was the ceremonial centre of the cult of the Hombre Pájaro (bird-man) which started when the “Short Ears” stopped building moais.
This site offers the view of three small islets in the Pacific: Motu Nui, Moto Kau, Moto Iti. The afternoon excursion will take you to the Ahu
Akivi site with its prominent seven moais. This site was one of the later constructions built, probably at a time when the statue cult was
beginning to unravel. Ahu Akivi is unusual because it is neither at the coast nor are its Moais facing towards the land, unlike all the other
ceremonial statues. Overnight in Hanga Roa. (breakfast)


DAY 8: EASTER ISLAND - SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Transfer to airport in order to board your departing flight. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Santiago de Chile.

DAY 9: SANTIAGO DE CHILE - PUNTA ARENAS - PUERTO NATALES
Transfer to the airport to board your flight to Punta Arenas. Upon arrival, transfer to Punta Arenas bus station in order to take a regular bus to
Puerto Natales. After arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Puerto Natales. (breakfast)


DAY 10: TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
Today, we will depart from the hotel very early (7:30 hs approx.) to start the full day excursion that will take us to the Milodon cave where a
giant sloth lived about 12.000 years ago and then to Torres del Paine National Park where we will see the beautiful Torres del Paine range and
lakes like Sarmiento, Nordenskjold and Pehoe. A short trek will take us to Salto Grande, a very beautiful waterfall, part of the hydrographic net
of the park. Then, returning to the main road we will access the administrative center of the park to continue towards Grey lake. At 19:30
approximately we will be back in Puerto Natales. Overnight in Puerto Natales. (breakfast, lunch) (Note: in low season from May util September
breakfast and box lunch).


DAY 11: BALMACEDA & SERRANO GLACIERS - PUNTA ARENAS
Today at 7:40 hs we will departure from the hotel to the pier in order to start the navigation to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers*. After 4
hours of navigation we will arrive to Bernardo O´Higgins National Park, where these two glaciers are. During this journey we will see Sea Lion
colonies, cormorants, waterfalls and native forest. Condors will be seen from the boat. Once we get to the park we will see from the
boat Balmaceda glacier. Afterwards we will dock at Puerto Toro, from where we will start a short trek towards the Serrano glacier. Lunch is
served at Estancia Perales. Approximately at 17:00 hs. we will be back at Puerto Natales.At 18:30 hs. we will take a regular bus back to Punta
Arenas. At 21:30 hs. reception at the bus station and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Punta Arenas. (breakfast, lunch)


DAY 12: PUNTA ARENAS - SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Departure to the airport to board your departure flight. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Santiago de Chile.

DAY 13: COLCHAGUA VALLEY VINEYARDS
We will drive towards the south through the Pan American Highway until Santa Cruz. We will cross fields, prairies and numerous agricultural
plantations. The Colchagua Valley counts at the moment on an approximated surface of 16,000 ha, planted with vineyards, which corresponds
to 20% of the total surface of vineyards of Chile. The main varieties correspond to the classic ones of Bordeaux: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot,
Cabernet Franc, Carménère. Also, there are in smaller number, stocks for white wine being the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc the main
ones. We will visit the Santa Cruz winery in which we will enjoy wine-tasting. We also will visit the indigenous village. In the afternoon we will
have time to visit the Colchagua museum. It is the biggest private collection in Chile, exhibiting palaeontological and archaeological, pre-
Columbian and Spanish colonial artifacts. In the afternoon return to Santiago. Overnight in Santiago de Chile. (breakfast, lunch)


DAY 14: SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Transfer to the airport to board your departing flight. (breakfast)
